My Healthcare provider is Heidi Critchfield. She is professional, compassionate and thorough. As I have several health issues Heidi has been very much on top of all aspects of my health and has made necessary referrals where needed. The wait wasn't long and the staff were kind and professional. I would highly recommend Rapidan Medical Center and Nurse Practitioner Heidi Critchfield.

Nurse Practitioners are great. Front desk really sucks, here lately. Be prepared for rudeness and unprofessional behavior. They just canu2019t seem to get it together. Canu2019t speak highly enough about Heidi Critchfield, though.

we were in the today i understand not having a appointment we couldnu2019t be seen but the snobby blonde lady at the front desk was rude for no reason. makes you not ever want to go back again.

The wait is always close to an hour regardless of appointment or not. The receptionist donu2019t answer the phone, however arenu2019t busy at all when you get there for your appointment. I have seen the phone lines on hold every time I show up for an appointment. If the phone is answered youu2019re on hold for another 15 minutes at least. Other than the simplistic process of scheduling an appointment or being seen, the staff is nice. Will be looking for another primary care due to comments above. This primary care would be reputable for the doctors, if the simplicities were met.
