I had a great experience first time walking in! They had a fast and efficient way of checking in as a new patient, a vert kind and friendly gentleman as the MA assisted me taking my vitals, not too long waiting, the dr walked in! He was very nice and knowledgeable! I needed an x-ray for my foot. Thank God itu2019s ok.nI wish I wrote their names down to mention here! I need an MRI so I will be back for my shoulder pain and I will get their names.nI highly recommend this place!!!

I found this urgent care center on Google and Iu2019m so glad I did! I didnu2019t have an appointment, but they welcomed me right away and took care of everything. The front desk staff was very respectful and helpful. All the personnel were kind and professional, and it was clear that the doctor was knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of care I received. I am very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Awesome crew !!! From the front desk to the nurse and not to say Dr. M. Sanchez. Very knowledgeable Dr and very kind and most importantly very human. She ask every single question related to my coughing conditions and she explained everything that was going on and she explained every single doses of medication that she was giving me. Very human Doctor and I thank you all crew at Burbank Urgent Care you guys are amazing and thank you for your service and the hard work you guys go through with us patients. Went first thing in the morning today. They open at 8am Sundays which was a relief. When I got there the woman were very nice and helped everyone get through quickly. I was a walk in; it didn't take to long. Probably 25min. The doctor was very nice.

I absolutely love Burbank Urgent Care. From the reception, to triage (shout out to Caesar), to my doctor Melisa Sanchez.nTheir care was exemplary.
