I just came from my appointment for an ear cleaning! The doctors/medical assistants were very kind and helpful, but the lady who gave me my ear cleaning, was very rough after I told her my ears were sensitive. she claimed that it u201cwasnu2019t supposed to hurtu201d, and insisted that it was fine, but after the doctor came to check up on me one last time, he noticed that i have been scratched near the inside of my ear and that explained why i felt so irritated. I am heavily disappointed with the outcome of my experience.

The people there are very nice and respectful. They get you in and out fast. Also, I was throwing up and went to this clinic. They gave me medicine and did a really good job at helping me feel better. Thank you very much.

Great Experience from 1st phone call (checking on open hours due to holidays) when the receptionist was very helpful by suggesting that I could make an appointment rather than just walk-in. She was also very kind and friendly! Once I was checked in, the techs were also kind and friendly; there was not a long waiting time for anything. The Nurse Practitioner was kind, thorough, and explained clearly what was needed on my part in recovery and advised that i call back if there were any problems or if my condition hadnu2019t improved within 3-5 days. I was very pleased with every aspect of care received here!

PA and nurses were interested in my input. They ASKED me. Very compassionate. Reception and initial questions were a bit less so. BUT I was coughing my head off. I would have been leary of me, too. Thanks for what u do!

Good day! I brought my husband in today. He was congested, coughing, aching. The front desk was lovely. The doctor was especially wonderful and caring. Prior to being seen by the doctor, the nurse did the standard questioning. She seemed rushed and slightly impatient. However, I cannot imagine how busy things get so I understood. But when she was done she asked my husband if he wanted the flu test or for her to just call in an antibiotic. When I spoke up and said that he probably needs the flu test she looked at me and said quite sarcastically, u201cReally?u201d Then proceeded to turn to my husband and say with the same kind of attitude , u201cwhat do you want?u201d To which he responded the flu test. The results came back that he had the flu. I never make any kind of reports. I canu2019t imagine the stress there is with the job you guys do! However, I felt like it was not only unprofessional in her approach but wrong to offer antibiotics when you are not sure what is going on. Again, great doctor!
