The scheduling process was very easy. Check in was swift. Wait time was less than an hour, care to receiving discharge paperwork was about maybe 30 minutes.nIt was my third visit to the Rayford location and I would recommend their facility and services to anyone needing urgent but not Acute Care.

I never give reviews on places but felt it was necessary for this encounter. The front desk staff and medical assistant were great. Now the NP Weaver not so much, thatu2019s why Iu2019m giving this place 2 stars. She had a cold bedside manner and I felt that she was dismissive of my issue. She even stated the test they ran in clinic were clear but would send off a culture and sure enough I did in fact have a urinary tract infection. I feel it is important for providers to make patients feel heard and validated and she did not meet that expectation.

I loved that I was able to submit all my information online before I arrived and digitally check in before I stepped out of my car. They had me in and out in under 45 minutes (one other person waiting) they were friendly, caring, and they gave me the confidence to be myself with their openness (which was important because I had to get half naked to get something checked and I didnu2019t feel uncomfortable at all) I definitely recommend going here for urgent matters that arenu2019t considered emergencies.

Easy to access, book online, fill out paperwork online as well and show up at time booked. When it's busy, you still will wait but it's better than fighting a cold,flu or whatever you have with over the counter meds that don't work.nAfter being seen by the nurse practitioner I went home swing by the pharmacy and started feeling better the same day.nThe facility is clean and the staff is nice.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. Theyu2019re horrible, I walked in pretty aware with what I had (a severe sinus infection) but since Iu2019m pregnant thereu2019s not much I can take. The lady who took care of me didnu2019t take the time to listen to what I had to say. She just went off whatever part she heard. I mentioned tooth and ear pain she said I was going to need to go get dental surgery I told her no itu2019s more than likely a sinus infections I had a throbbing headache. She said I was suffering from cluster headaches. Ummm no, I know u201cheadache painu201d I had a brain tumor a few years back. This is not just a headache I explained that my entire right side of my face was so sensitive I could not touch my face, she said I needed to keep an eye for Bellu2019s palsy. Iu2019m sorry what?!?! How did you go from I need dental surgery to cluster headaches to Bellu2019s palsy in a matter of 10min, 3 different diagnosis in 10min?!?!!! I left and went straight to the ER where they LISTENED to me, agreed it was a sinus infection did a CT scan to confirm. Gave me steroids and antibiotics. Did I mentioned I had to pay $260 for this bullshit diagnosis.
