I was extremely dissatisfied with their standard of care. From lack of managing my INR, prescription medications were not getting refilled which these are heart meds I've been on since 2015 and getting a referral was like pulling teeth. I don't understand why they insist on me coming in to charge my insurance for a refill on medications I am supposed to be on for my entire life. I was told to come in to see the doc for refill when I was just at docs 2 days prior and they told me they would put refill in and never did. I finally switched primary

Can't get referrals, changed meds to 1/3 of which I've been taking for over 10 years.nTo get scripts called in to the right pharmacy is like pulling teeth.nI'm so disappointed with my care. I think I just have too many issues for my doctor to handle.

The staff of Trinity Medical are really super friendly, caring, and capable. But do not expect anything from their website/patient portal. They need to replace their current patient portal system with an easier-to-navigate page. (One star only because of their almost useless Patient Portal page.) I give the medical staff 5 stars!
