This is the most rudest incompetent office I have ever encountered. The help has no clue how to run a doctors office. I had to see this doctor to get some referrals for my new insurance. So the doctor wanted to do a full physical, which was fine. She said that she would send the referrals that day. She did not send them, I had to call in a week and ask why my other doctors had not received them. Then they said they would send them, this time one of my specialty doctors called and said they did it wrong, so I call again and this time the man in the office got rude, well after 4 weeks they did get it correct. Then the doctor never called me with my results of all the test she ran. So I called to get them to send the results and the same older man that I guess is the office manger said I would have to come by and see the doctor....really just wanted the results, so then he says you will need to sign an form, my comment was why didn't you have me sign it when I was in? So I go by yesterday to pick up my results and it takes the same man 15 minutes just to print the wavier. I sign it and he ask me to take a seat. I asked him how long it would take because I had an appointment in 30 mins. He said it would take an hour....really. I did get a little aggravated, who wouldn't have with all the incompetency . Then he gets mad and pretty much won't talk to me, really professional. He had told me they had 3 days to get them to me, so I told him I would be expecting them within the week. Who knows if I will get them, but I did file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board and with my insurance company. I will never be back.

This place was assigned to us by my daughters health insurance and the doctor and its entire staff are possibly the most incompetent people on this planet. I called to set up an appointment for my daughter who needs to take topirimate for her seizures and is running low on her medication. Our pharmacy informed us we were out of refills and had to see the doctor to get another prescription. Well, it was as though I was asking way too much of these people. They never set up an appointment to see my daughter, they stated they didn't prescribe a number of medications and that they would have to check with the doctor to see if they could even get her a refill, if not they would just refer us to a hospital. I called a total of 9 times in one day and the doctor was always busy, and no one even bothered to help me. If you're looking for medical attention you're looking at the wrong place. I don't recommend this place to even my worst enemy. They told me I should just get another doctor assigned to my daughter because they weren't going to be able to help me. It's absurd that facilities like this are able to operate and treat people. The staff is so unpleasant I don't recommend anyone even calling their office. I'd give them ZERO stars but that is not an option. THE WORST, you've all been warned.

These people are the worst to deal with! Anyone in their right mind should not ever consider this place. The rudest treatment i have ever received. They were very quick to take our money, but when it come time to do their part, their service, their job, they told me i was interrupting and that it would take hours to fit my simple task down. ( Basic ass data entry). So not only did i give them hours to complete, i gave them days and then went back just to find it hadn't been touched. What a crock, a waste of money, and a complete failure this place is. ( Unfortunately i had to give them 1 star to post this or i would not have given that.)

This place is the worst. Save yourself the trouble. Don't go there. They will lie to you and rip you off. They told me they had the treatment I needed and to come on in. After I got there and paid my money, they then didn't have what I needed. They told me they would call me when they got the meds I needed. It's been two weeks. .... Notice how all the good reviews have funny names.

This place is aweful! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go! I went as a walk-in which it states that they accept! I was told they were to busy to see any walk-in's, that is funny considering there was only one person that got there before us as we got there right after they opened! They said I could schedule an appointment for another day....well I asked if they had openings for the same day and she said yes. Seriously they suggested a different day knowing they had openings for the same day. And again they advertise walk-in's welcome. When I started saying how stupid it was that it said so yet they clearly don't welcome them..and that I wouldn't be back after they tried to push me off to another day altogether, suddenly they were chasing me out to my car saying they could see me right then. They even took me back before the 1 person that was in there before us. Guess what the back was completely empty! So much for them being so busy! After my visit...which was really just a flu test and her checking my ears...I was told that a prescription would be called in to my pharmacy (they asked for this information) after 15 mins. It would either be tamiflu or a antibiotic. It has been 6 hours and multiple phone calls and I have yet to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy. They keep telling me they will send it right over! This place is terrible and needs to be shut down.
