I as you know my reviews are based on factual info for those with mobility impairment issues of any kind.... Those of you who are caregivers can definitely say..PARKING can sometimes be harder and more stressful than the actual appointment!NOT HERE THOUGH!Parking lot packs most of the time and it's a huge one song but as you can see, they keep the area where the valet is wide open, no exceptions. But if you have a handicap placard or truly obvious issue with moving around they will run out with a wheelchair Walker accessories and help you in any way you need.5 STARS for a young man that about 2:00 p.m. today, Caucasian with reddish brown hair ... He came out to help my mom.... You know exactly how to transfer someone in and out of a vehicle, he was very capable and could easily be an asset in an emergency situation ( so I hope you find him and tell him what a good job he has done!!!!)ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE THIS FIVE STARS IS THAT GETTING HERE IS A NIGHTMARE, AND I GREW UP OUT HERE!!!! The highways are getting even more dangerous!I REALLY THINK YOU SHOULD GET SOMEONE IN HERE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO DIRECT PEOPLE IN A WAY THAT THEY WILL UNDERSTAND!!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. It doesn't appear that Dr. Mollaeian even reviewed_ my records before our appointmentu2014despite my informing him that I had a confirmed TFCC (triangular fibrocartilage complex) tear and a potential tendon tear in my wrist. During the exam, he forcefully bent my wrist back 90 degrees, even though medical guidance clearly says a wrist with tenosynovitis and a TFCC tear should not be moved that way. Every other provider has been gentle with it for exactly that reason. Afterward, it swelled immediately and has remained swollen. Occupational therapy has since documented the injury. When I tried to bring up other concerns, he dismissed them outright. He even called me a u201cmedical mystery,u201d but then contradicted himself by saying I didnu2019t have certain conditions, like psoriatic arthritisu2014despite that diagnosis not being based on blood tests alone. He made that call on the spot, without real discussion. He was reading my chart during the appointment instead of coming in prepared, and it was obvious he was making things up as he went. His notes were full of errors. He changed my gender multiple times, likely from copying and pasting notes from other patients. He claimed to have done a full physical examu2014including checking my neck, knees, ankles, and toesu2014even though he never examined those areas. I was wearing knee-high rain boots the entire time. These were clear fabrications.I filed a complaint and was told someone would call me to follow up. No one ever did. Instead, I received a letter saying they investigated and found no wrongdoing. They also told me if I wanted to amend the record, I needed to file a special form with the medical records departmentu2014but they didnu2019t include the form, didnu2019t say where to send it, and provided no instructions on how to proceed. Not only did Dr. Mollaeian injure me, he falsified documentation, dismissed serious concerns, and was completely unprepared. Reliant Medical Group has refused to take any accountability. Iu2019ve filed complaints with my insurance company, the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine, and the Department of Public Health. After I began talking about what happened, several people asked, u201cWas it Dr. Mollaeian?u201du2014because theyu2019d had similar experiences with him. That says a lot. It's absolutely disgusting that Reliant Medical Group and Tiffany Fischer, Director of Patient Engagement would claim a thorough investigation was done without ever speaking to me or asking for more information. Especially when I told them on the phone when I reported the complaint that I needed to speak with them because I didn't give them all the information. This behavior is unethical and dangerous.

This for the eye department. We waited 1-1/2 hours today while the doctor was putting around. My wife was waiting alone, we left. We had too, people can only wait so long. We pay alot for insurance, how about respect and tending to us?? Very disappointed, very lazy, pick up the pace, wasted a morning

If I could give Reliant Optometry zero stars, I would. The staff is unprofessional, unresponsive, and incredibly slow. They show little to no concern for your well-being or experience. I constantly had to follow up with them to get updates they promised but never provided. A deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I am so frustrated with this experience that I have decided to leave this eye practice altogether.

I absolutely love our pediatrician! Dr.Francis is so smart and truly listens and cares for your children. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Dr.Francis and team for always making the trip to the doctors for my baby and I a little less nerve wracking with your positive attitudes and expertise. We appreciate you!
