I had an appointment scheduled for today, and when I arrived, I was told the doctor wasnu2019t in the office. No one called or notified me in advance, which was very frustrating and a waste of my time. Communication like this is extremely important, especially when people are rearranging their schedules for healthcare. I hope the office improves how they handle cancellations or changes in the future.

We were at Reagan Imaging. The good about the facility is the people were nice. However the facility itself is terrible. Unclean especially the bathroom. We were there in the morning and it is obvious that no one has cleaned the bathrooms in a long time. It was disgusting! No medical place of any kind should be like that. Would not recommend to anyone!

I recently visited Reagan Medical Center as a new patient and I highly recommend Dr. Shawn Garcia for his exceptional medical expertise and compassionate care. And alongside him was his assistant Brandi who was equally reassuring from the moment each one of them stepped into the exam room, Dr.Garcia made me feel comfortable as well as feeling that my needs will be attentively addressed and valued. Thank you Dr. Garcia & Brandi for obviously loving & being passionate about what it is you both committed too as a doctor/nurse. Not many of you are still around and as a patient. No body wants to feel like itu2019s just a job to their provideru2019s.And, I definitely did not get those vibes. Dr. Garcia was incredibly knowledgeable, taking his time to discuss every detail about my concerns.nI feel confident knowing that Iu2019m in his hands. If youu2019re looking for a doctor that combines medical expertise with excellent bedside manner, Dr. Garcia is the one to see!nOh, and I canu2019t forget my girl, Jeanne.
