Went for Medical exams needed on a Friday, had already made an appointment online at 10AM; Highly Recommended. Then once called after filling out few forms, waited in the back room for 2 hours for the doctor. This is why a star and not 5star rating. The other staff, and technicians are wonderful and efficient. They are good at calling back to let know when results are ready and such. They get very busy at times, so be sure to check-in online ahead of time, or call for quick questions.

He abandond me! They started care, then he stated, you're not gonna get it here! When I requested simple lab work, and they had already collected the samples! Didn't give me a referral to another doctor didn't do anything he went up told them to refund my money that I had given for my co-payment and that was it. Textbook abandonment. I am absolutely outraged at his behavior! Not to mention I sat in the room for an hour! I can't get that time back!

Online check in is a joke! u201cCheck in online to reduce wait time in lobbyu201d their website says. I checked in online and was called and told to come in to be seen. I waited 2 hours 45 minutes in the lobby. Still sitting in a room waiting to be seen by the Doctor nurse says itu2019s going to be a while still. Why would they tell me to come in if it was still a 2+ hour wait?? Kind of defeats the purpose of checking in online.After an additional 45 minutes of waiting in an exam room For a nurse to tell me, it was still going to be a while I left. What a waste of my day!I have been bringing my family here for 30 years and I used to recommend Hilltop to everyone, not any more. Service is terrible.

I have to disagree with some of the reviews I've read. This is an urgent care facility, not a doctor's office where you schedule appointments days in advance. Urgent care is inherently unpredictable, and it serves patients when their regular doctor is unavailable. Personally, I've always had a great experience here. Yes, I've had to wait a little, but it hasn't been excessive. The care I've received has been excellent, and the staff has always treated me kindly, even though some of us can be grumpy when we're not feeling well. Also the receptionist up front, I believe her name is Sheraton was very very helpful and friendly!

I am writing this review as my husband currently sits in the exam room waiting for his DMV/DOT physical. My daughter and I decided to tag along and get an errand done while he was getting his appt done but it has now been almost 3 hours and he is still waiting in there to be seen. 3hrs for a physical?! That is just wild! I went into the waiting room to see if it was crazy busy or something and there were only two people in the waiting room. We will never be using Hilltop Medical ever again. My husband will be informing his employer about this so they donu2019t send any of there employees there anymore as well. So disappointing and frustrating.
