ud83eudd4aI am dropping down to 3 stars rather than 1 star because of wonderful service by the MA and front desk lady, however, after giving a good review a few months ago for Nurse Practitioner Alexandra Kocher, her mannerism this time around was a bit unacceptable. I was not feeling well and was in severe pain Wednesday late in the evening, so I called and explained to the receptionist, she said as long as I could get there before 8pm, so I drove myself in and was admitted. Alexandra seemed more concerned about the time rather than of a patient, was very stern, a bit rude, I was rushed, belittled, given the third degree, and basically treated like dirt, being stopped in mid-sentence without being allowed to explain my chronic conditions flaring up causing me illness and severe pain. I am from the health field, unfortunately unemployed for the past 11 months, but 26 1/2 years as a Clinical Myotherapist and an ex-boxer and martial artist so I can take pain until I need to throw in the towel, never once had I ever treated any of my patients or clients with such degrading disrespect, no matter if I was in pain with an ice pack strapped to my side, tired from back to back patients and in overtime, having to miss a prior engagement, always regardless gave proper care, compassion, and a smile. ud83eudd4aud83cudf39ud83dude01ud83cudf39ud83eudd4aWonderful service, very clean...Entire staff full of knowledge and very helpful...Front desk staff are welcoming, warm, compassionate, waiting was not very long; assistant who did vital signs, Daniel, introduced himself and was great; nurse practitioner who saw me, Alexandra, was quick and thorough, did muscle testings and range of motion, advised and reassured me I had been doing the correct things for my injury...

My go-to urgent care. Iu2019ve gone here a couple of times and every time I leave happy. The staff here is absolutely wonderful each and every time and the main reason I come back, they are nice and helpful. I check in online so I donu2019t have to sit in the waiting room for too long. Great staff great service.

Professional and friendly staff. I was preparing for an hour wait before i got there. Only waited 10 minutes. Maybe because it was Saturday morning. I was examined ,got chest X- Ray and got prescriptions all in a few minutes. Very good experience and recommend this place.

I was seen today by Alexandra Kocher, FNP-C, for back-related injuries due to a recent car accident. Unfortunately, she showed no concern for my pain and told me I was absolutely fine, stating that I could return to work as soon as the next day. I am now in severe pain and have to seek care from another provider because she was unwilling to assist me. Itu2019s concerning that a healthcare professional in her position is not willing to properly attend to patients in need.

NOT urgent spent about 20 mins waiting and that goes for each guest it seems like they take 10 minute breaks in between patients. If youu2019re not going to have fast service I think the u201cUrgent Careu201d label is false. Horrible waiting time when someone goes to urgent care they are sick or in need of URGENT help so it doesnu2019t make sense to keep someone waiting half and hour to and hour.
