I had the pleasure of meeting Emerald in the front office when I first arrived. I had a terrible abscessed tooth and was in horrible pain. I only waited 30 minutes to be seen by the PA, Luis, who was phenomenal. He immediately assessed what I had already suspected and prescribed the appropriate antibiotic treatment. He also recommended an NSAID injection that within minutes, eased the screaming demon in my jaw. The pain only slightly returned after a few days but the antibiotics were effective and the pain was easing up. I was treated like a human being instead of being viewed with judgment like so many other urgent care providers and hospitals who look down on patients who present with u201ctooth pain.u201d I requested that no narcotics be prescribed because they really DONu2019T help much with tooth pain and Luis was understanding and empathetic! I appreciate providers who exhibit this type of empathy and hope that others can learn from Luis and his extraordinary compassion and knowledge. He is an asset to Reddy and should be praised and regarded as such. Altogether, my experience was outstanding and I will definitely return if the moment demands urgent care treatment. Thank you for returning compassion and kindness to the medical profession. Itu2019s truly a u201cbreath of fresh airu201d in a stuffy world!

Iu2019m so impressed with our visit tonight. We came in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, and the entire staff was kind and welcoming. My husband has had eye pain all day and we were worried most urgent care centers wouldnu2019t be willing to do this type of care. The nurse and doctor were fantastic and took several steps to help him. It felt like an expedited hospital visit. Highly recommend!

I had to go to Reddy for a pre employment screen that included a drug screen, N95 fit test, blood draw, vision test, and physical. I made an appointment online, and from being called back to leaving the process was so smooth. Iu2019ve been a travel nurse for 3 years, so I typically have to 3-4 of these screens a year; and this was by far the most efficient process Iu2019ve ever experienced in my years of traveling / needing these pre employment screens. Thank you to everyone who was working this morning!

Absolutely terrible experience, I genuinely wish I could give this place a 0 star. The wait time was outrageous. My girlfriend had an appointment and was not seen until at-least an hour after her appointment. It did not feel like they even cared about her until she said it was taking way too long. It is pathetic to advertise 15 minute wait times, and then you have patients (with appointments) waiting for over an hour.

I had a 10 AM appointment at Reddy Urgent Care but wasnu2019t brought in until 11 AM as you hear employees in the back laughing the entire time. After waiting an hour, I was told Iu2019d need to wait another 45 minutes u2014 despite explaining that I had work at 12 PM and couldnu2019t stay much longer. I calmly stated that I made an appointment to avoid any wait times, yet they still went ahead after completing my appointment to call my new employer stating that I was u201crude.u201d Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects respectful treatment.
