The people working here are so personable and attentive. I really appreciate their help as we are from out of state and were suddenly struck ill during our travels. I highly recommend this place. The location is near multiple pharmacies and the interior of the establishment was clean and well decorated.

Went to the clinic tonight and everything was great filled out the paperwork and for some reason my insurance said inactive. Not a huge deal itu2019s Sunday afternoon though so I would call them Monday to see what was going on with it. Mind you it worked at the hospital not even two weeks prior. I paid the $35 copay as what I paid for a previous visit. Lady at the. Punter says they will be with me in 5 minutes to take me in the back see the doctor. The nurse comes up they have a quick chat and now they refuse to see me because of my insurance says inactive. I told her I was going to call on Monday to straighten it out. She proceeds to tell me that they canu2019t see me so I told her thatu2019s fine and I left. No point in arguing with a nurse that doesnu2019t want you there already. About 30 minutes later I call and ask them to refund the $35 I paid for my copay and she says itu2019s already done. I told the lady that itu2019s not though and has already taken the money out of my account and says completed. All I got back was an argument so I simply hung the phone up. This used to be my favorite place in town to take my kids and I. Seems like there are new people working here almost every time I do go and itu2019s not very often but I will never step foot in this place again.nnTO THE OWNERS RESPONSE OF THIS REVIEW. Iu2019m sorry that you didnu2019t quite understand what my review was about but Iu2019ll break it down better for you.n- the fact that I couldnu2019t just call my insurance the next day and get it straightened out. FYI I called and got it straightened out.n- I paid the $35 co-pay and havenu2019t received it back since you refused service to me. Not sure if thatu2019s just your fee to walk in your doors and get refused or not.n- the fact that I was told it was ok until your nurse came and she declined to see me because of my insurance complications.

Great staff. Very friendly. The doctor was very thorough. I thought I had a sinus infection but nope. Had tests done and will find out tomorrow morning what I have. In the meantime Iu2019m doing breathing treatments and medicine for my cough.

The ladies at BestMed are AMAZING! I have been sick for weeks and needed seen ASAP. Short waiting time, friendly staff, very professional, make you as comfortable as one possibly can be in a doctor's office. They are also AFFORDABLE!!! Which is hard to find these days. Thanks a million ladies! :)
