Everyone was extremely patient and helpful. The transition from the waiting room to the exam room, having my vitals taken, right through to seeing the person assigned to examine me... Everyone was attentive to my needs and with perfect bedside manner. Thank you for making my first visit ever to an Urgent Care facility the best it can possibly be.

Service was impeccable. The facility was extremely clean and sanitized. 10 minute wait time at most. Every single staff member from the front desk, nurses, & doctor... Everyone was polite & attentive. I have never had such an amazing experience at an urgent care. Not sure who's managing these locations, but they need a bonus. Will never go to any other urgent care after this amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend.

I was able to actually talk to them about what was going on. Unfortunately, I need more than just urgent care. But the nurse practitioner started me on antibiotics to help. I am so thankful

Iu2019m sure other people may have had a decent experience but my boy friend did not. He went in after running fever for 5 days and having been in bed with no appetite no energy and now a nasty cough forming so he went in seeking professional help and what he was met with was anything less than professional. He felt ridiculed and not taken serious. And then they had the audacity to ask him what he wanted as if he was the dr and could prescribe himself or tell the dr what meds he needs. He had to ask once more for the dr to check his vitals once more only THEM did they realize he was actually sick and took him serious. Coming from someone whose mother has been a nurse for over 30 years, an aunt whou2019s a nurse and another family member whou2019s a nurse practitioneru2026. These people deliver a less than satisfactory serviceu2026 their u201cbedside mannersu201d were not thereu2026. Such a shame people go for help and are met with unnecessary stress.
