Front desk lady has terrible customer service. Walked in yesterday & before checking in asked if they had X Ray available because they alway do, both my boys have come here for broken bones. No we donu2019t. No hi no nothing. I came back today checked in online same lady u201ccan I help you?u201d I said it told me to check in at the desk u201cwell whatu2019s your nameu201d. I tell her, are you looking to have a x ray because we donu2019t have it. No sorry no nothing very rude & matter of fact. Iu2019ve came to this location for years prior to her working here. Iu2019ve always had great customer service & amazing front desk staff. Iu2019ll head over to Springfield in Hamburg. Itu2019s farther but their customer service is by far much better.

Had a very nice experience. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Time spent was reasonable. Doctor called us after because he had some additional thoughts about his diagnose. Donu2019t think Iu2019ve ever had that level of consideration from a clinic before!

I drove here from flint and would do it 100 times again. Amazing staff quick and very thorough. Tabitha was my daughters nurse and she was amazing, sweet and kind took her time she was great, she talked my daughter through her strep test and was great! It was worth a 30 minute drive for sure!
