Received quality and humane care here today in Redmond, Oregon after being denied care at 2 Best Med facilities for not wanting to mask. Even though the place was packed, wait time was about 3 minutes to get to a professional and experienced receptionist, and wait time to get into an exam room was probably 10 minutes. We enjoyed lovely conversations with other locals in the meantime. Once in an exam room, a nurse practitioner immediately took vitals and assessed my daughteru2019s health status. Doctor Woods arrived within 5 minutes and was very kind, compassionate, informative and helpful. He listed to my daughteru2019s lungs and said he didnu2019t detect any signs of pneumonia. No meds needed. The reassurance alleviated our anxieties & we will certainly bring future health concerns to this clinic. Thank you!!

I went in 5 minutes to closing time with a badly cut finger. They saw me right away and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Incredibly friendly staff, despite having the whole building shut down, and I was comfortable for my whole experience. A+

Andrew Trujillo the front desk worker, was totally rude and unprofessional to my wife and other patients being seen in the urgent care. Rolling his eyes and shaking his head because she initially could not find her insurance card. Hes getting upset with a couple currently that has a 1 year old baby because they did not understand a question he asked them. This guy should be fired immediately for treating guests this way.

I have had a terrible experience at Summit urgent care in the past. However, this last Friday I took a friend there and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were we seen within 20 minutes(if that) we were treated kindly as well. The nurse was so helpful she let me use her computer to get my friend set up on my chart( I've unsuccessfully attempted for almost a year now) she was sweet, thoughtful, and just a decent human. I can't remember her name though, but she knows who she is. The doctor was so nice, and read my friends chart, so he knew the history and treated appropriately. Plus to boot he had a terrific sense of humor and made my friend feel better being there. He seemed like a genuine, caring human. I don't remember his name either but hopefully Summit will know who they are and give them the recognition they deserve! Keep up the good work you two, and thank you so much! Your both a blessing to society!
