I was honestly confused by the negative reviews after my visit. I get bad anxiety going into clinics, especially being an overweight person. But this clinic was comfortable. From the check in staff, med techs and doctor, everyone was respectful and kind. The doctor did acknowledge my weight management after I had mentioned it when he asked about general health. But I did not get chastised for my weight. His physical was also very reasonable. I was also being seen by a new hire (assuming med tech) and she was very sweet and did a great job! Overall, this clinic was great. If it were closer to me, I'd try to make it my primary care facility. And all I did was come in for a physical.

This is my second visit within a year. The first visit was wonderful professional and timely. However today was not at all professional or timely. I had to complete my lesson the a year old intake paperwork and we waited to see the doctor for over an hour. Not to mention there was dried blood of the ground in the room we were seen in!

As a Visiting Construction Company Owner, I came with bad Bronchitis. Twice almost went ER. Went to Sutter 20 people and 1.5 hpur wait at Urgent Care.I Was seen seamlessly, between paperwork and vitals by Nurse less then 10 min. Dr was excellent, understanding and got me Antibiotics, Cough Pills, and a inhaler, so waiting for Walgreens. All in 30 min.Truly a Urgent Care.

Wait time was not bad. Doctor and Med Assistant were nice. But after the lady' at the front checked us in, she started talking really loud to the other woman about how she can't stand how messy people can be and then proceeded to make very loud gagging noises as if she was going to throw up. Very unprofessional. It was hard for me to not say anything.
