This use to be a great hospital. They are not so great anymore. They had my mother sit for 5 hours with a broken wrist with no answers with nothing. My mother is not the only patient they had sitting waiting for hours. I could see a long wait if they was busy but they was not. All nurses doctors any of the workers was just sitting in the middle at the nurses station just laughing having a great time while they was making patients wait and wait for hours. This is ridiculous from here on we will by pass this place and go to Lexington.

This hospital is awesome. every time I've been, they have been wonderful. I most recently went for a wrist injury. The wait in the lobby wasn't too long. A few minutes later, I got an X-ray and was in a room and out of the hospital within a few hours. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

CRMC is an amazing hospital! The entire staff is caring and so nice! I have received all of my chemotherapy, immunotherapy and surgeries at Clark for my breast cancer treatment in the last year! My care team that I have established at Clark Regional are absolutely the best! I always feel heard and cared for while at CRMC!

Hardly Working

The way Selena took care of my wife in L&D and the way Addie took care of my son in mom and baby was exceptional. Selena was in our room every hour on the hour and we didn't even have to ask for water refills. Addie not only helped soothe our son while he was under the UV lights but seemed as invested in his care as me and his mother were. Couldn't have asked for better.

Horrible experience that ended after i told them to get the IV out so I could leave. There for 2 days and on the 3rd day was in my opinion misled for 10 hours about several things. I had to actually leave a hospital so i could start taking my own antibiotics to get better. All they wanted was to rack up some insurance money. I seen a actual Dr. 1 for 2 minutes the entire time up until i told them i was leaving at that point a nice female Dr came to apologize for me being treated so poorly. Will never recommend anyone to this place. After all of the test they ran on me how could they possibly not have known how to make me better?? Because they didn't care or there was no actual doctors around to actually look at my test. No thanks to Clark I've made myself better so i felt like giving them a review.
