My visit was good, they were nice but my blood pressure was taken with a cuff that was way too small, so my blood pressure read high, I didn't understand why they don't have bariatric cuffs for people with large arms?

My grandmother was Pat Colburn was just seen at 12:45pm. She had an appointment with the Dr. was not told the dr doesnu2019t work on Friday's until she was literally there. She saw a nurse. This is the 2nd attempt. A month ago she went and was told her usual dr had a family emergency, she rescheduled for todayu2019s appointmentu2026 immediately after she left from rescheduling was called by the office asking if she wanted to come back in later when the dr would be there.. and then was told the dr was helping at the hospital?? She waited for several months for this scheduled appointment and happened to be sick today.. she has a (knot) on her ankle.. doesnu2019t even know if it is being looked at further she doesnu2019t even know what the lab work she is having done is for that or what??.. I cannot escort her every single time she has an appointment. I have a special needs teen and a 2yr old. I donu2019t feel like she got treated well. If she was she would have got a steroid shot with the prednisone prescribed for this mess she has. I sent a list with her of what she needs looked at??! Dr. Orr always took time to listen to her needs or problem list and this whole the dr is never there thing was never an issue. I know Iu2019ve preached over and over to her; her hearing is worsening and nothing ever gets done. She should not have to ask for hearing aids bc her insurance definitely wouldnu2019t cover if the patient askedu2026her memory needs checked, but nothing ever gets taken seriously. I want her to have true caring healthcare like before! This is not okay!!!

I saw the Dr. For a follow up on my blood test results and to evaluate the new medication she prescribed for my asthma. I am always thankfull for the caring and professional staff.i feei wrll-cared forn!
