In my 75 yrs,I have never encountered a worst dr thenTran. I would never recommend her. If I could give her 0 stars I would. I asked her to refill my Gabapentin. She apparently can't read. I take 400 mg 3 times a day. She gives me 1 pill once a day. I asked her to renew my Xanax. Just looking at me with a walker,and reading my file. I'm guessing she didn't. Oh no can't give Xanax to old people,then some BS excuse why! Apparently she doesn't want to help old people. Nothing about her said empathy or caring.

Iu2019ve had such a great experience here with Dr. Tran! Sheu2019s a very warm, patient and thorough Primary Care Provider (PCP) and really took the time to understand me. She is very holistic and cared about all aspects of my health, and was willing to refer me out to different specialities to receive good care. They conveniently have a Lab Corp right inside the building, so I could get blood work done right after my appointment. Very grateful for this excellent medical office!

Doesnu2019t see you when youu2019re sick. Tells you to go to urgent care. Called at 8 am as soon as they opened and still canu2019t get you in
