I had such a wonderful experience during my visit! Dr. Christina was extremely informative and took the time to help me understand how to reach specific goals related to my health. The front desk/backend administrators-Raven, Brittany, and Alyssa were just as pleasant and welcoming, they made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was amazingu2014so professional, kind, and attentive. I didnu2019t have to wait long at all, which was a huge plus. Been here several times to get Covid testing.nWent here last week after having gone through a tumultuous period of dental and medical visits including the ER.nFrom check in to check out was an amazing experience for me. I was HEARD and well taken care of.nNP Ann Harber is absolutely phenomenal. Patient, kind, and amazing bedside manner.nKitty is also quite amazing, professional and sweet.nThey got me where I needed to be and Iu2019ve scheduled a follow up.nThanks to the entire staff you all make a wonderful team.

I cannot say enough good things about Medlife Urgent and Primary Care. Ever since I started experiencing this nerve pain, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I especially want to recognize Latonyau2014her compassion, dedication, and consistent follow-up have truly amazed me. She has been in regular contact, making sure every detail was handled with care and urgency.nnDr. Ann has also been incredible. Together with Latonya, they worked quickly to get my referrals processed so I could see a specialist as soon as possible. My family and I have been going to Medlife for years. Iu2019ve seen the change in drs and staff. Like Jasmine, Rochelle and Raven who were absolutely outstanding. It makes me wonder why they canu2019t seem to keep good Dru2019s long.nnI called in to get a refill of my medication and they refused unless I made an appointment. Medicine that I depend on daily not to end up in the hospital or dead they told denied me.nnI had just recently went there 4 weeks in a row being misdiagnosed before I called and asked for a refill on medications that Iu2019ve taken since 2019.nnThey have become a facility that cares more about money than the actual patient.nnI will not be back I will no longer recommend them to anyone.nnWhen you have the absolute gall to deny someone medical necessary medication refills youu2019re in the wrong business.nnThatu2019s definitely something that needs to be worked on in house. As a patient these things arenu2019t going unnoticed.

I had a great experience at Medlife Urgent Care in McDonough. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, especially Au2019nya and Z. They were gentle and caring. Ann who was my provider she was very knowledgeable , caring and easy to talk with. She has excellent communication skills , patient and professional. Iu2019ve never been to an urgent care that makes me feel so comfortable and heard. I truly appreciate all the staff members.
