Date of service 3/12/2025nnI cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care my daughter received at the Urgent Care clinic in Brier Creek. After my daughter was accidentally hit with a softball during practice, we decided to walk in for care. From the moment we arrived, the team was swift and attentive, ensuring that she was taken care of and comfortable.nnAri, the nurse or ma, who initially assessed us was outstanding. She quickly evaluated whether we needed any gauze, checked to make sure my daughteru2019s nosebleed had stopped, and made sure she was comfortable while we waited. The entire team worked efficiently, showing care and compassion at every step.nnOur X-ray experience was also excellent. Ty, the radiology technician was phenomenalu2014he explained every step of the process to both me and my daughter, which helped her feel at ease. He also shared stories about his own sports experiences, which not only made her feel more comfortable but also turned a potentially stressful moment into a more positive one.nnFinally, Dr. Zachary Buchan was exceptional in his approach. He really took the time to explain each step to my daughter, ensuring that she understood what was coming next and what would be done. It was clear he genuinely cares about his patients, and he met my daughter where she wasu2014both physically and emotionally.nnAs someone who has worked in healthcare for over 15 years, I can count on one hand the number of times Iu2019ve experienced care this exceptional. The team at this clinic made us feel valued, heard, and respected. The staff are amazing from support staff to the medical team. They seem to truly care, and they show compassion. I've received better education regarding my presenting concerns from the staff at AFC than I have, at times, from some of my regular docs. I was seen very quickly, within 10 mins of checking in. They were so friendly! Very informative and spent a lot of time explaining and walking me through. I had to get a couple X-rays and they had the machines onsite and the tech was really caring. I get anxious with medical stuff but they were all great about making me comfortable. Thank you!!

I recently attended this location and had a chance to interact with Jasmine the nurse from up north. SHE WAS AMAZING! She put be at ease with our small talk and was very thorough in her initial care and even accurate predicted what my prognosis and treatment would be. If I could get her everytime I had to go to ANY doctor; not just here, I would...everytime!!
