Not sure how this place has such good reviews. The check in staff were very nice. Maybe thatu2019s why. Met with Dr. Kahn. Iu2019m not exaggerating when I say that he met with me for under 2 minutes. Atleast 1 minute was me describing my symptoms. He asked 0 follow up questions. He did not explain anything about my condition. Just listed medication he was going to prescribe and left the room. most of the meds I was already taking over the counter. Thatu2019s why I went to urgent care. Very unethical. I plan to make a complaint with my insurance. Not sure how they can get away with a 2 minute consult no questions asked. I had him before 2 years ago when I went in. Appeared arrogant and dismissive. But gave this place a second chance. Not again.

Iu2019ve been a patient at this urgent care for six years. I went in for allergic reaction to a bee sting and was treated so rudely by the new staff. All I wanted was some care and some consideration I canu2019t believe that every person that treated me today was rude and inconsiderate, and had no medical bedside manner. I wonder how they wouldu2019ve felt if somebody treated their mother like that. I definitely have to reconsider my urgent medical needs.

The staff is amazing. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. The X-ray technician took the time to explain what I was looking at and how the body works when showing me my radiographic images. The doctor was compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Great experience , brought my niece and husband here. They were super friendly and helpful. We walked out feeling so much better. The staff is great and the doctor is awesome.
