Was told during the first phone call that my daughter could be seen but not until July. Received a call today saying that they can't take any new patients at all. I was perfectly fine waiting until the July timeframe but, this was just rude and poor customer service. I understand that their therapist may be top notch but apparently whoever is doing the scheduling and intakes needs to receive more training or replaced. I will never call this place again!

Dr. Bynum is a godsend. He is so caring, understanding, and always helpful. He listens without judgement. The staff are always helpful and polite as well. I will forever be grateful for this place u2764ufe0f

I have never left a google review before, but I feel that it is warrented at this time. This is the absolute worst practice that does not care about their patients at all. They have you come into the office just to have the doctor be virtual and donu2019t even tell you before hand. This was my first ever appointment with them. They make you do urinalysis every three months when you donu2019t have a history of substance abuse and are not on controlled substances. I have been on the exact same medications for 10 years with no changes. They wonu2019t re up your medication until the date of my appointment with them in 2 weeks and the reason I am out is because they prescribed it incorrectly. When asked to speak to the doctor they decline. Doctor prefers me to be off my medications for two weeks vs doing a virtual before then. I am a compliant patient. I work Monday through Friday and cannot be on their schedule. I only started going to this practice due to moving to Fayetteville but I much rather pay out of pocket for my Duke provider then this. What absolute joke of a facility.

Pa Bynum has been seeing my daughter for over a year. We love him. He takes the time to listen to her and she gets to participate in her treatment.

Got new insurance, and Renew was covered by my insurance company. The staff were nice, the first nurse was very friendly, helpful and very understanding of my condition. Then I met the doctor. He told me he would not help me!?!? He said my current medications (which have been subscribed to me for nearly 20+yrs) were unethical in his opinion. He told me, Get off the medication you're on, and I'll help you. If not, don't come back. The best part is that I just got a bill for $60 and don't have that insurance anymore. I called and got put on hold and transferred multiple times.I don't understand why they roll out a welcome mat and then basically kick you to the curb.
