Disappointing ExperiencennI visited this urgent care recently, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Upon arrival, we waited about 40 minutes just to check in, which I can understand to a certain extent. However, after being checked in, we were placed in a room and left waiting for over an houru2014waiting, waiting, and waitingu2014for the doctor to come see us.nnWhat made it worse was that we could hear the doctor joking around and having unrelated conversations with another patient while we were left sitting there. As a sick person, you donu2019t want to wait endlessly, especially when you can clearly hear staff prioritizing casual chatter over patient care. It felt completely inconsiderate and unnecessary.nnThis kind of experience at an urgent careu2014where you expect efficiency and professionalismu2014is unacceptable. I wouldnu2019t recommend this place if youu2019re looking for prompt and respectful medical attention.

I wouldn't recommend going here ever.nThe doctor prescribes medicine just to prescribe it and even wrote the wrong date.nThe assistant took my daughters blood pressure with her hoodie on and the doctor told my daughter she needs medicine and it's a silent killer.nThe doctor needs to be reported to the board and the health department needs to be called for this office being unsanitary.

Absolute joke. Waited here for over an hour even though the clinic was empty and when I finally got called in the doctor was extremely rude and yelled at me for asking basic questions like if i need medication. All she did was tell me take Tylenol and stay hydrated (I had vomiting and a fever) which was fine but she got really rude when I asked her if I could get some medication for the vomiting and she yelled no because it would go away on its own. They also charged me $100 because they said my insurance didnu2019t cover this clinic so for that price I should have went to a different one. Never coming here again.

I went to this office. The first time they didn't even check my chest or nothing. Told her I had an ear ache. I had to go back because she didn't properly treat me. The is a terrible office.

No matter what time or day of the week you go here the wait is always at least an hour. Thereu2019s an extreme shortage of staff. They have no organization on what order people go in, basically the more you complain or if you personally know the doctor, the sooner you get in. Iu2019ve come here a few times because itu2019s so close to my house, but itu2019s not worth the wait. Iu2019m going to find a different urgent care to go to, and if you actually want to see a doctor Iu2019d recommend you go elsewhere too since I waited 3 hours before leaving without ever seeing the doctor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.
