Incredible care. Truly amazing. Dr. Tom and his team took care of me from A to Z. I have never, in my life, been so well taken care of in an Urgent Care setting before. Holy moly.Check in was fast - I made the appointment as I was driving to the urgent care after work, finished making it in the parking lot, waited maybe 15-20 minutes total (which is NOTHING, time-wise) before being told to come in. Interior was nice - tons of seating, peaceful lighting, calm and peaceful surroundings.I got called back and the nurse was so wonderfully attentive, asked me so many questions about what was going on, made me feel so at ease, just truly made me feel right at home right away. I literally felt more welcomed and known than I do at my own primary care. Amazing nurse - I asked other staff who checked on me later what her name was and they told me they believe it was nurse Edna T. If that's who helped me you were the definition of what a nurse should be. Just open, loving, caring, and I knew I could trust you.Dr. Tom is the man. He watched me walk in, read my history thoroughly, listened attentively, and he, too, made me feel like he'd known me forever. I have never been to this Urgent Care before, this was my first visit, but you would think by how I was treated that I'd been coming here since I was a kid. We joked, laughed, talked about work, talked about other health issues, and he was so open and honest with me - he offered me alternatives for my treatment, including the one I really wanted, which was good ol' peace of mind, and he gave it so happily and explained it in great detail. I asked him if it could be this or that and he didn't shy away from my questions - he explained his reasoning and told me what to look out for and told me what symptoms would point to those other outcomes and we agreed that I thankfully didn't display any of those other symptoms. I got every answer Ave then some.I got walked out and the staff was all smiles and thanked me for coming in, and I figured that would be the end of it, but I've since had a phone call AND a text reaching out to me today, a day later, checking in on me and making sure I'm still okay. I don't go to Urgent Cares very often, thankfully, but I've definitely never had that particular experience before. What a thoughtful thing to do.Overall I really felt seen and heard in a unique way yesterday that I didn't expect in the slightest and I'm impressed and humbled by the experience. I'm grateful to the entire team for the care I received and the peace of mind they offered. I didn't go in there expecting to be heard at all, honestly, let alone taken seriously, so to be treated like an old friend was honestly almost a shock. To have my fears addressed and discussed and laid peacefully to rest rather than dismissed out of hand like I'd been expecting was wonderful.Thank you all!!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Inappropriate Conduct by Dr. RizoDear [Clinic Administrator or Patient Relations Manager],I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to your clinic on Wednesday, April 10, 2025, involving Dr. Rizo.Originally, I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, April 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM. However, I received a call from your clinic earlier that day (April 10), requesting that I come in before 2:30 PM instead. I adjusted my schedule accordingly, informed my workplace, and arrived at the clinic as requested.The front staff and medical team were welcoming and helpful, and I appreciated the professionalism shown. However, when Dr. Rizo entered the examination room, I was taken aback by his behavior. Without greeting or inquiry, he immediately began to raise his voice, berating me for being late and emphasizing that his time is valuable. I was stunned and deeply uncomfortable with the tone and volume he used, especially as I was there under your clinicu2019s request.As a patient undergoing concussion protocol, being treated with respect, care, and empathy is not just appreciatedu2014it is essential. I found his approach completely unprofessional and inappropriate for any healthcare setting. There was no acknowledgment that the change in scheduling originated from your own office.I am requesting that this incident be formally documented and reviewed. I would like to know how the clinic intends to address this issue and whether any actionu2014such as a review of professional conduct or additional training in patient communication and bedside manneru2014will be taken to prevent this from happening to other patients.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Arrived as a walk-in and immediately attempted to. This is an only insurance urgent care facility. Staff was very attentive. Once I got to see the NP, she listened to my situation she evaluated me thoroughly and gave my diagnosis.I would go back there again. After taking the meds prescribed I began to feel better.

This is a great facility. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they were able to see me quickly for my medical needs. I have a regular doctor, but it was going to be a couple days before I could get an appointment to see her, so I decided to visit an urgent care clinic. Iu2019m glad I chose this one!!
