I injured my foot and called a couple of local urgent care offices to see if they would accept my insurance as I live out of state. Temecula 24 urgent said they would submit it. I was told over the phone $95.00 plus x-rays if needed. They did submit a bill for north of $550 and My insurance paid a small portion. They are now telling me their new patient charge is something like $350 not $95. However if I had just paid cash the pricing would be what I was quoted. I have sent a check for what I was quoted and they are refusing it. If you decide to do business with them make sure you get the pricing in writing. OR, I WOULD SUGGEST ANY ONE OF THE MANY OTHER URGENT CARE OFFICES IN THE AREA. In the past I've had great experience with A+ in Murrieta and Inland Urgent Care in Temecula.nI've never left a bad review for a business. I understand that my experience may be unique and not representative of the way they normally do business. Usually with a bad experience I just don't return. However in this case I thought it would be a good warning to others so you don't end up in the same circumstances.
