I love the actual doctor. Dr, Joseph is amazing. He pays attention to his patients and remembers them by name. Heu2019s very attentive. I would love to stay as a patient of his but unfortunately his staff has ruined that for me.nThereu2019s a man that works at the front desk and is very rude in his delivery and what he says. I went to the office to pick up a doctors note that I was told I could pick up any time and the man hassled me for it about a copay. He constantly had his finger in my face. He was very rude as his coworker sat in the back. He didnu2019t give me the work notice I needed until I paid this imaginary copay FOR A DOCTORS NOTE!nDue to two bad instances with this man, myself or my family wonu2019t be returning to this doctors office. Hopefully by the new year dr Joseph has new staff and I will gladly return.

I had an appointment there last Monday and I really wanted to like this office, but... I had a 4pm appointment, I was apparently the only patient and the doctor didnu2019t get to the office until 4:45. When I got there, the door was locked and the lights were off. The two staff members were nice, but didnu2019t seem properly trained, they had to wait for the doctor to come to ask how to charge my copay. Speaking of my copay, I gave them my insurance card and the girl had me call my insurance company to tell them what my copay was (I havenu2019t gone to a doctor so I hadnu2019t paid a copay this year and had no clue what it should be). Then they didnu2019t know how to use the machine, so had to ask for my copay as Iu2019m trying to walk out the door. Now I talk to my insurance company and I wasnu2019t even supposed to have a copay. I call the office and the office manager is going back and forth with me saying even if the insurance company tells me I donu2019t have a copay, if their computer says I do, then I have to pay. Um what? Since I had to call my insurance company to even find out what my copay was, this tells me your computer didnu2019t tell her anything, especially since she WROTE my insurance information on paper from my card, NOTHING was put in a system. She hand wrote my insurance information and photo copied my license. Iu2019m home for the holidays and I have to go there when I get back in town to speak with the office manager, and Iu2019ll give an update if he doesnu2019t yell at me in person the way he yelled at me on the phone. if the staff is better trained and the manager is more polite, I might schedule my follow up appointment there.... but.... eh

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Do yourself a favor and keep looking! The Doctor is good...The office manager is just plain rediculous. He is rude and will not listen!! No computer at the front desk. No record of medication or dosage... come at your own risk!
