We have been with Dr. Saucedo for three years, wonderful doctor, but the staff theyu2019re so rude. Specially, the main Director Tania Minor. I ask to talk to her due to my 4 kids not being able to be seen at the same time because only 4 patients per room. let her know it was 4 paients and one adult been to many other clinic with all my kids and never had an issue and she rudely respondedu201d Well then go back to the other clinics because in our clinic itu2019s for safety issues we will not allow itu201d this answer was super unprofessional , I take my kids there from pharr to harlingen bacause Dr. Saucedo is wonderful but this main director there is rude and really need to get taken care of because sheu2019s really making the clinic look bad. We have no family so what are we supposed to do? I cant have someone with me all the time when I kids to the doctor.

We have been seeing Dr. Sauceda for several years, and I couldnu2019t be happier with the care my child has received. He is kind, patient, and thorough in addressing all of my concerns. The office staff is always friendly, and we never have to wait long for an appointment. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a dedicated, compassionate pediatrician!

I recently gave birth to my firstborn and was referred to Dr. Sauceda at Valley Children's Clinic by a colleague at work. First, I want to give my thanks to Ana for being extremely helpful and kind. She answered all my questions regarding our insurance policy. The staff is very thorough in all they do. Dr. Sauceda is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond answering all my questions as a first time mom and visiting his office put me and my husband at ease. He completed a comprehensive assessment on my son. I am a registered nurse so its important to me that my son's pediatrician is compassionate and good-hearted. Dr. Sauceda definitely obtains those qualities.
