Iu2019ve come here a few times and itu2019s always been good. This time I didnu2019t receive a phone call with my results back. I guess they donu2019t hear their phone ringing. Nor did anyone call to report my results to me. Now Iu2019m calling my insurance.

Highly recommend this place. They took care of my child and was super caring and understanding of a toddler in need. Everyone from the front staff, medical assistants and doctor were A+.

I went to the old location and didn't see the sign because it's not big enough to see. Now, I walked down the block. 3707 the front desk staff didn't say Good Morning, took my paper from employment and ID said you can have a seat i waited 25 to 30 mins for them to say we don't do this type of drug screening. Not good. Plus, the frontdesk was having conversations about a patient who came in to see the doctor. Not professional at all.

I have been to a few urgent care clinic- but this one here on 3rd Ave is terrible. All the so is sit at the front desk and gossip. And the manager who ever she is needs to go to customer service training- sheu2019s NASTY!! Her aura, her deliverance just NASTY!! She needs to be way more nicer to staff and to patients- I didnu2019t say nothing but the next time I will let her have it. I donu2019t deal with disrespect- professional!! you at a work environment. You are working with all different type of people must know how to be respectful and watch what you say around others. I left a review but the next time imma check her. And the girl at the front- the rolling the eyes is unprofessional. you can not roll your eyes- soooo unprofessional that place itu2019s crazy- just because you across the street from the project and you in the Bronx doesnu2019t mean itu2019s ok. Everyone is not ghetto!!
