We had to take my elderly aunt there twice. They were very good with her.nnRight now they are closed. According to the sign, they will be reopening at One Eddie Dowling Hwy. (The old Walgreen's) once Dr. Hussain's office moves there.nnThere STILL isn't any sign of One Eddie Dowling Hwy opening! I would just expect to continue going to another Urgent Care.

Used to be a great pain management clinic. Since this new NP it not the same at all. Used to be a kind caring Dr. that listened to you. She is a control freak if you donu2019t want to do what she wants she gets mad at you for having a mind of your own. Changed everything and now wonders why Iu2019m having more of a problem with my pain. Sheu2019s not understanding or compassionate. Very cold and blunt. She shouldnu2019t be working in pain management.

The website and sign on the door says they open at 8am. Wrong. They open when a provider decides to get there. I waited until 8:40 in the parking lot because they do not open the doors until a provider gets there. Whatu2019s the point of hours if they donu2019t matter. Mind you - this is the second time this has happened to me there. Previously the LPN took me in and saw me (super nice) and was able to get the meds I needed for a sinus infection.

One of the best experiences I've ever had going to see a doctor. The staff at the front desk where kind and patient. The nurse was gentle making sure to not cause any more pain than I was already in. The doctor didn't waste any time giving me a diagnosis. She seemed genuinely concerned of the swelling in my throat (I had a bad case of strep) to where she had the nurse give me a steroid shot to help me breathe as well as an antibiotic shot to get things moving.nI've gone to the ER many times in my life and I'd be lucky to get a Tylenol for any kind of relief. Plus waiting in the waiting room for hours!!nNever going to the ER (if I can help it) I will always go here. This place is the best place to get real care!

This place needs to be sued, and forced to close. The pain management closed it's door then sent all patients to Pawtucket office ultimately dropping all the north Smithfield patients out in the cold no fore warning or help in finding new pain management. Place is run by clowns.
