Being here for 2 hours on a day that is not even busy is crazy. I've been here when it's been packed with flu season and gotten out quicker. I'm sitting here listening to people talking, laughing, and joking outside my waiting room. The employees are nice, but they can and should do better to keep people moving along. Sick people that are not feeling well do not want to be lingering forever in a room. It's incredibly frustrating at a time when people are already feeling low. Someone came in BEHIND me and was checked in after me, yet was seen before me. What gives? Please do better.

I was so impressed with the efficiency & compassion of every receptionist, nurse & the care that Dr. Woo provided today. Everyone was not only respectful of my privacy; they were incredibly kind and compassionate.nnDr. Woo is absolutely brilliant, and I wish he was my doctor. He listened attentively. Asked appropriate questions, gave me a thorough exam, and offered excellent suggestions and medical advice. Dimming the lights for me & understanding that I was in pain was so kind. Urgent cares often get bad press. I get it. You go in sick and they are crowded and busy and the wait is long. However, at Patient First they are well staffed, with kind and understanding staff who work hard to get you seen as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Today I went in with cough, congestion, body aches etc. I was checked in within 5 minutes of arrival. My vitals were taken after a 10 minute wait. I had a chest X-ray, was seen by the doctor/PA, given a breathing treatment and provided oral medication. I left with my prescription medication in under an hour. I felt well cared for. My experience was very positive on all accounts.
