Took my daughter there for a possible allergic reaction. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They took her back in less than 2 minutes. Dr. Cox was very informative and easy to talk to. His nurse/assistant made my daughter feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Richwood Park for any type of urgent care or emergency services. I feel very comfortable knowing they are just right around the corner when I need them. Thank you for taking care of my girl!

Clean, professional and friendly staff. This is the second time I have to visit this facility. Both visits my waiting time has been less than 5 min. I love the fact that they take the time to follow up with you the next day, to make sure you're doing well and the medication is working. From the time you enter the door you can sense a pleasant environment. The girl at the desk greats you right away and ask specific questions so you can see a doctor ASAP. The Personel inside the clinic are very professional and treat you with respect. They explain the process in a way you can understand. If needed I would definitely comeback to this facility.

I have chronic asthma (and have been to A LOT of urgent cares) and Richwood Park was the best urgent care I've ever been to. They got me right in with NO wait, saw the doctor, got diagnosed with bronchitis, got a breathing treatment, X-rays, a shot, saw the doctor again, and was out in under an hour. Dr. Cox and the nurses/x ray tech were all very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well kept. Really awesome place. Highly recommend to others. It was really refreshing to not only be well cared for by an awesome team but to also be in and out very quickly.

We visited Richwood Park ER to get flu shots. The fact that they're open 24 hours every day made it super convenient. There was NO wait, which was nice, because many other places tell us it will be a 30 minute wait or we can schedule an appointment. Not here! We were in quickly and out quickly. The staff were nice and professional, and my daughter didn't even mind getting a shot this time. Plus, $15 a shot was a great bargain! Thank you doctors! We'll be back for sure.

We took our son in for abdominal pain and the doctor and staff were amazing. It was really nice not having a long wait. We were able to see the doctor right away. The doctor spent a lot of time visiting with us and making sure we understood what was going on with our son. The facility is beautiful and close to our home.
