They took very good care of my Dad while he was in the ER. They took his symptoms very seriously and made sure he wasnu2019t discharged until they had his situation figured out. All of the staff were very caring and helpful. Words canu2019t express how great full we are for all the hard working medical staff that work in the ER.

Their billing department is, dare I say.. incompetent? They did not bill my insurance after the birth of my daughter and after numerous calls to request they bill, finally did, but billed incorrectly. Again spent numerous hours on calls with them and my insurance to correct the billing, which at first they refused to do. Once they finally did, the window for submitting a claim had passed and my insurance rejected the claim due to timely filing. I have been in contact with a billing supervisor and my insurance yet again, spending another 2 hours of my life on this today, with no resolution. To share perspective, my daughter is now 2 years and 3 months - that is how long this has been going on. Sharing my experience for awareness.

Services are great. Billing not so much. They separate the medical from the facility charges and my insurance doesn't pay separate facilities charges. This has happened several times and always a BIG surprise. One example: 4 trips to wound clinic and paid my deductible when arriving each time. Imagine my surprise to get billed $299 facilities charge for each visit and months after the visits which where over several months. Today (2/2/25 got a facilities charge for 9/8/24 for the same $299 with no explanation on the bill what the appointment was even for. over $1000 so far for unpaid facilities charges.

I gave birth here and the bed side manner was amazing. They saw how uncomfortable I was having them do some internal checks and walked me through the whole process told what they were going to and while they were doing it. They never judged me when I asked for an extra pillow or more ice chips. They took my medical history very seriously as I was a high risk pregnancy. If I ever have more children I would gladly move back here just to give birth here again.
