This place is garbage!! They have you show up at 9am and the doctor doesn't even show up till 1pm to see patients. Apparently their scheduling is 3rd partied out to another country which causes conflict for patients and state side staff. Get your scheduling department under control...one department!!! Business 101!!

Donu2019t waste your time! Been calling for a week because my mother is in pain. This is suppose to be a Doctor for pain Management and nobody at the office answers the phone or returns our phone calls. Donu2019t Ever go to this Doctor because they wonu2019t help their patients who are in pain! Bet the Doctor has no clue of it either.

The medical attention given by Dr. Rashid is unmatched here in the Rio Grande Valley. He truly is a great Doctor. He does not treat his patients as text book Medicine, he ask questions, evaluates, truly cares for us. His staff is formal, yet make a person feel like family. I am fortunate to be one of his patients, the pain I felt before seeing him was extreme, thanks to him I can function in everyday life.

Do NOT make the mistake of becoming a patient at the disgraceful office.He shouldnu2019t be practicing, the way he treats his patients, is despicable. They over schedule everyone at the same time and donu2019t care if he makes patients wait over 6 hours. They donu2019t say anything and just wait because they are in pain.I have seen firsthand, when a new patient comes in they see them in between patients so they will get a good impression, but little do they know when they follow up or become a patient they will do the same to them.They always have the same excuse of u201cItu2019s because heu2019s only here on Tuesdaysu201d why is that the patients issue? u201cDoctor u201c only wants to charge their Medicare and doesnu2019t care of his patients care.Not to mention the front desk ladies are incompetent and look so unprofessional with those horrifying contacts! Terrible place,they donu2019t even have chairs for their patients, we have seen patients haul their lawn chairs and 90% of them are elderly. I would give them zero stars. Incompetent place

I've been seeing this actor from 2017 and he's a really good doctor for pain management I mean again five stars if it was for the treatment that I didn't with the doctors and I wouldn't be walking right now and I wouldn't be doing a lot of things thank God now I could finally get a job or something That's much better than having a back surgery operation nothing good treatment best plan
