If I could review a therapist I would but this will have to do. I've had 2 appointments with cynthia williams and I've only canceled twice due to medical issues and she canceled as well due to stuff which I understood. But today I got a text saying due to the excessive cancelations on my end she needed to end out sessions entirely. That's very rude to do that to a patient who's only canceled twice while you canceled twice as well.

Listen to all of the warnings and just go somewhere else. Scheduled a virtual appointment and waited an HOUR for no one to ever join. We never got a call, email, nothing. No explanation as to why our appointment was ignored or why no one was able to join. Unbelievable and a complete waste of time. Not a good look for a first time patient. We will be going somewhere else.

Wish I would have read the reviews. If I could give 0 I would. Therapist was late to appointment without reaching out or warning. Had to call the front desk at another location to figure out what was going on at the location i was at. They had no clue. Then she told my daughter that basically she just needed to get a job. On top of it charged us $275 for a 30 min visit. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We switched to Lotus and couldn't be happier!

Read the reviews people!!!I was seeing a therapist here over 2 years ago and they just now reached out to tell me I owe something around $3k due to an insurance overpayment. I was double insured under both of my parents' policies at the time, so now that I'm not under my parents' insurance and have my own they're trying to say that my other previous policy may not cover since it's not current. Looks like reading reviews I'm not the only one who's experienced a reach out due to their poor management and communication with these insurance providers. Every letter I've received about this in the mail states I am not legally obligated to pay this balance yet they continue to badger me every day. Clearly they're scrambling to have me pay a bill that their messiness is responsible for. How ironic that this is a therapists' office yet they handle professional matters like this! Despicable.

They waited over three months to tell me I have a balance. When questioned they told me an email was sent; that I DID NOT receive. Guess itu2019s not In practice to tell a pt they have a balance when scheduling the next appointment. Completely unacceptable to wait over 7 sessions to tell me I have a bill due of over $700. I understand it is based on insurance for prices but it is your responsibility to communicate your prices after verification. The communication is awful and unacceptable.
