So after searching and searching for a new PCP, I was excited to have found this clinic. Everyone is so professional and extremely friendly. All the staff and the Dr made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend them!

After seeing one of their specialists for several years, she unexpectedly quit the practice, leaving me without a doctor. When I asked for my records to provide to a new doctor, they charged me $25 to obtain my own records. I would not recommend a clinic that treats their patients this way.

I have been going to this clinic over a year , originally seeing Quasim and being referred to Kanwal for auto immune issues. The staff is beyond awful , they do not care about you and feel inconvenienced of you ask for anything. I had a week long situation trying to get my nerve pain meds filled because they were sending it to the wrong Dr , after a week of nothing running out and being in extreme pain because of my fibromyalgia I kept calling. They started forwarding my calls and then literally hanging up. I had to go up there with my special needs daughter 4 year old non verbal autistic meltdown to confront them to get it filled all in a fibro flare holding a 40 lb flailing baby , took her 5 mins of looking into it to figure out the mistake. The two ladies who hung up on me when I walked in and said who I was looked at each other like oh crap. It shouldn't take that.nnThe only reason I stayed is because Kanwal is beyond amazing and I knew I could talk to her directly about things and bipass them. I had an appointment last week and some tests came out not good , I am on meds that suppress my immune system further and I had a positive result for something that can turn into a very very serious infection even if you are well. I have panic so I called them the first and second day after the holiday just to get clarification so I could be good mental stress flares my physical health . After calling 2 times the first day and second I get a message on the portal saying Kanwal has stop practicing as of the day before. When I call and speak with Vanessa after asking for the manager she got my name and info looked at my chart and laughed at me saying it hasn't been even I week. I told her my results are abnormal and have not even been reviewed and that it's really unnecessary to be rude and laugh at ppl with health conditions absolutely unacceptable on both accounts, do not go here. I don't understand this new version of health care needing help assistance and understanding is an inconvenience for them. Am I not the patient ? Im trying to be the best person I can physically and mentally and being laughed at absolutely absolutely disgusting.

I had called and made an appointment with Hassan Muhammad for the doctor Shabnam Qasim MD. When I got there, the medical assistant told me to wait in the patient room. I waited and a nurse practitioner came to examine me. I asked why is the doctor not coming and she explained that the doctor was off . She also told me that she would examine me. I was shocked because I had made an appointment to see a doctor and not a nurse practitioner. She told me that it was their u201crulesu201d!!! I even asked the receptionist and they said the same thing. I do not understand why the rules state that if I schedule an appointment then the doctor will not even be there. I would not recommend this place.

During my first visit to We Care Clinic, I found the team to be exceptionally welcoming. The doctor was very attentive and took the time to listen to me thoroughly. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this clinic.
