Took my 3-year-old daughter in because she broke out in hives that were spreading to her face. Our primary care was closed, so we went to this urgent care. We arrived a little before closing. The doctor came in, took a quick glance, confirmed it was an allergic reaction, and said he would send medicine to our pharmacy. There was no real exam, he was in and out within 5 minutes.nThe next day, we picked up the prescription and were shocked to find it was pills. Six on the first day for a 3-year-old who canu2019t even swallow them. That didnu2019t sit right, so I contacted our primary care doctor, and his immediate response was, u201cIsnu2019t she only 3?u201d Exactly something the urgent care doctor shouldu2019ve considered. Our primary care ended up prescribing a liquid.nTo top it off, we received a bill for the visit, which just adds to the frustration. It felt like we didnu2019t even get proper care, yet weu2019re being charged as if we did. Very disappointed with the whole experience and will not be going back. Dont recommend.

Iu2019ve been going to this urgent care for years. I went in for my knee and I was treated like a drug seekeru2026 I havnt used a pain pill since I had my tonsils out 10 years ago. The Dr I saw was young and he had terrible bedside manner. I wonu2019t be back. Iu2019ll go straight to the ER from now on, they actually did thier job and helped me.

Very friendly, kind, patient staff, including the front desk. Dallin, PA did a very thorough exam. He then carefully explained the results, including the rationale for the recommended over-the-counter and prescription medications.. VERY THOROUGH!!! Thank you all for the excellent care I received!!!

The staff was kind and quick in comparison to standard wait times. Iu2019m glad an antibiotic wasnu2019t just prescribed but I was given good suggestions. The PA was considerate and sweet. Thanks for the great service

Would not recommend it seems like everytime I go in they have horrible service, the front desk people are always rude and have such a rude face, the nurses are overly aggressive especially the male nurse he always is so aggressive, and the doctors donu2019t even check you out lol they just say your good, I took my son in one time for his lymnodes one time and the doctor said they were fine I had to take him to the hospital that same night and they told me had strep.
