I have been a caregiver for over 34 years. I have always had the most wonderful, kind, experienced, knowledgeable and above all compassionate team of people. Not only have I worked with them you years taking care of others love ones. They also helped me take care of my mother through 6 months of extremely difficult time as my mother made her way home to Jesus arms.

I have been in the emergency area for over 2 hours and haven't even went back to see a doctor. I advise if you are going to a hospital DO NOT GO to riverside you will not make it to a doctor. Why is it called emergency if you are waiting 3-4 hours before seeing a doctor and then wait another 2 hours for them to come in and then another 2 hours for them to discharge you should not be waiting 8 hours in an emergency area I will NEVER go back. Sentara hear I come going forward.

This place is not about care it is about doing the bare minimum to get paid. Everything is set up for and the whole purpose in life is money. There is no dealing with them even if you set up payments After being out of work for months from an operation they will hound you for full payment.It is better to suffer and die rather then to go to these people because they will make life miserable until you give them full payment

I have been turned over to a COLLECTION agency because of services rendered SOME OTHER PERSON! This patient had a visit during Nov 2018, and somehow Iu2019M IN COLLECTIONS. Considering I am 70 years old, have ALWAYS paid my debts, and DO NOT LIVE IN OR VISIT NEWPORT NEWS, I do not know how to resolve this issue which has had a surprisingly negative impact on credit report. This may be a weird billing error, or itu2019s identity fraud. Donu2019t patients have to SHOW ID? If u201cheu201d did, it wasnu2019t my identification. HELP!
