Theres definitely nothing urgent about this place. They have a sign that states they are low on staff but have over 8 to 9 ppl working that aren't doing anything . My daughter went in for a simple drug screening at the time it was 3 other ppl there after an hour I time her to go to the front and see where she was In line then they said that the automated system was broken and they would have to do it manual which none of this was explained so she's just sitting there for no reason just for them to come back and say we can't find your license which she gave them 30 mins later they find it and 20 mins after finding it then called her back why does it take 2 hours plus to conduct a simple drug screening this place is horrible and evaluate they word urgent! Horrible customer service as well !

My visited happened by accident. I'd had an appt at another clinic around but instead ended here suffering from a coughing, runny nose, and an insane headache. Service started slow but Mr. Joe had an excellent demeanor. He made finding out that i had the flu less painful. Thanks, Mr. Joe and Urgent Care and Occupational.

Second time I have been here due to my PCP not being able to see me (always happens on a Friday ). Excellent staff, helpful, and pleasant. I would continue to recommend this urgent care for minor issues.

This the best office I have ever been to. Dr. Lokkesmoe and the nurse practitioners are amazing. They listen to all of my questions and concerns and treated me like family. Yes, I did have to wait a little bit but I never mind waiting for quality care. Anyone that comes to this clinic will be taken care of like family. They see such a variety of things that most urgent cares do not take the time to look at or they just pawn you off to a specialist. This place does not do this and I will always come back here. I have yet to have a bad experience.

I rated my experience very low this morning based on lack of communication. However Now that a significant amount of pressure and pain has been reduced due the doctors quick action I feel that I underrated them. The antibiotic shot given has really reduced the inflammation over the past few hours. I was told ear drops and antibiotics prescriptions would be sent to the pharmacy at the end of the day and happy to get them when ready. Thank you for the expertise in addressing my issue. I hope that this will subside completely over the next few days with the medicine I will receive. Thanks again for what youu2019re doing.
