This office is unprofessional and the worst experience Iu2019ve had with a doctoru2019s office. Last year, I was told that a heart monitor was covered by my insurance and then got charge over $2,000. It took me months to get this corrected but only once I met with Dr Garg. I had to previously deal with their billing rep that would say she would call me back but never did. Iu2019d always have to call the office and request to speak with her which would rarely be successful. I also started a new cholesterol lowering medication and did blood work to confirm if itu2019s working. It took me at least an hour and half of waiting just to get my bloodwork done. Now, Iu2019m requesting to confirm if the correct tests were done because I donu2019t see the cholesterol in my results! I have called four times and each time u201csomeone will call me backu201d. I will be extremely inconvenienced if I have to go back and get bloodwork done again!! Itu2019s a waste of time and unnecessary. I will be looking for a new cardiologist because this office has inconvenienced me more than they have helped me. Doctors are meant to help you but all this office does is make mistakes and waste hours of your time.

Was there twice to see the cardiologist.Never did .nNurses to the doctor job there .nVery unprofessional the 3 women on the front desk .nDon't go there.

Terrible experience with here with the nurse named Nechama Sakal! During my appointment I was supposed to be read back my thyroid lab results and realized that she only read back my allergies so then when I got in contact with her I mentioned I was not read my thyroid blood test results back and that it mustu2019ve not been sent so I was waiting for her to send over the email that she was supposed to send over to me the day of my visit in regards to blood work I had to get done because I have been suffering with a number of health issues/ sleep issues. I called every single day since my visit and I kept reminding her to send it over and she never did and I still do not have it itu2019s been an entire week and still I have contacted them and left multiple messages and talked to front desk about this! They keep saying they arenu2019t sure why she hasnu2019t sent it over yet because it only takes one minute to send it over. I did feel as if she is not taking my health issues serious and itu2019s not a joke to have someone wait around for something they NEED to get done. As a nurse practitioner she should have been on it.. itu2019s a very simple task that she had to do. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Annelys is very professional and has a great client service. She helped a lot with my father's order and was very invested to get him the treatment as soon as possible. Never had this great treatment from any doctor's office before. It was a really great experience.

This is a big one, TL:DR 0/5 go somewhere else, they will mistreat you, waste your time, and make you question the medical field's competence at large.nnThere are absolutely no words to properly communicate the sheer failure of a practice both this office and the suite in the Trinitas Medical Center are. I'll sure try though.nI find it perplexing how when my appointment is at say, eleven o'clock A.M, I am not seen by the doctor until noon if I am lucky. I understand running behind schedule but an hour is beyond ridiculous, and that's assuming they don't reschedule your appointment while you are sitting in the waiting area. Those employed by the practice are pompous curs that haven't the slightest idea how to act professionally. Receptionists talking amongst themselves while you try to give them a copay, assuming they even pay enough attention to know to take payment from you. Doctors ignoring questions and flat out lying about receiving equipment to PO boxes (if they tell you that and your supplier is Dynamic Healthcare Services call the supplier immediately to have it set up).nnI strongly urge anybody thinking, considering, looking at, or any other action regarding this practice to stop it immediately and look somewhere else. If you are a current patient and you see this review when punching the address in on your GPS app of choice, please for the love of all that is good on this earth find a different practice. I don't care who you are, your time is far too valuable to be wasted by these incompetent, insolent, inconsiderate, ignoramuses.nnThank you for reading,nnD.K
