Building reeks, all public spaces are functionally unusable unless you like the smell of crappy perfume being pumped through their scent generators. They say itu2019s to boost holiday spirit, all they are boosting is the cancer rates and blood pressure from people getting kicked in the face first thing in the morning by this.

Last month I got my data alert with 4 days to go in the cycle. This month I got it 5 days into the cycle? Use my phone the same always have. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM!!!! They canu2019t even find my account. They charge me every month and take the money, but canu2019t find an account with my phone number. Complete morons!&

This is a very high quality building. They keep it very clean and maintained all the time. The fact that I miss going to this building during Covid is a good sign of that. The underground parking garage, very clean gym, convenience store, ATM, lounge, free shoe polish, food vendors in the building are some of the reasons I like coming to the building. There at least 50 restaurants at a walking distance. I guess that is Beltline Rd for you.nnThe only suggestion I have is to add a ping pong table or pool table along with the shuffle board and foosball table. It would be fun to play and wait out the traffic. This is a preference though. The lounge is still very clean and maintained.

Best place in Addison Good amenities close to everything not to mention Dallas toll way is next to it.. It's like five star hotel in the lobby and there's a restaurant too. Awesome place.
