Staff seemed nice enough but they consistently gave me wrong information. Was told lab results would be available next day since blood pressure was so extremely elevated. Lab results took 4days. Was told doctor would call to go over results, never did. Finally emailed me the results on 6th day(after calling numerous times over 5 day period and being put on hold repeatedly for more than 15 minutes each time) so I could have a real doctor look at them. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Went there looking for help with a cut on my finger. Iu2019ve been there multiple times for small things and they saw me. With this situation nobody evaluated my condition all they saw was some blood and they dismissed me to the ER. All they offered was tissue paper be careful they do not care. Will not be going here anymore.

If I could give this place a zero I would. u201cRamsey Joudehu201d my supposed primary doctor, havenu2019t seen or heard from him once. His name is just on everything. If you want to go to a clinic where youu2019re speaking to assistants and being seen by them this place is for you. An assistant literally spoke to me about my lab results.nnNow letu2019s talk about communication. This place does not pick up the phone. You will hear their u201choldu201d music for hours on end. I wish I was being dramatic. Yesterday I was waiting on a tele call for the doctor to discuss my results - never received a call. I had to call from 12 -6 for them to decide to pick up. Thatu2019s right, 12pm - 6pm. Then I spoke to an assistant where she discussed my results with me. Yep, again, no doctor in sight. She then did not send me my records after I requested them , I waited a couple hours then called again- no. answer.nnIf you want to PULL TEETH for your own medical records and medical attention then again this place is for you!!!! Go for it!!!nnHorrible place, horrible. A sad excuse for a doctor clinic and urgent care. Do better.nnIn this pic ALLLL of it is me being on hold. And this isnu2019t even all of it. Disgusting.

Love this place. The staff is wonderful. Very clean. Never a long wait. They do have a regular doctor there so they have appointments, but as a walk in itu2019s very fast. They are all so kind. Been going here for years.
