This place is amazing. Professional and kind, from the front office to the MRI technician. Iu2019m so glad I was referred here. I was nervous beforehand and they totally put my mind at ease, explaining everything before they did it. Highly recommend.

WaveImaging is owned by Radnet and I have had the worst experience of my life trying to get a MRI for my daughter. They outsource their appointment process, they book you 3-7 weeks out and they do not treat their customers well because the doctors keep referring them business. There are plenty of other options in Orange County go someplace where they actually care about their costumers and do not treat you like garbage. Do not respond to the text you get when you leave you doctor, do your own research and find a place that will treat you well. It's not Wave or Radnet.

Very capable, understanding, nice and helpful professionals at the Mission Viejo WAVE IMAGING office.However, I recommend that head phones with music be provided for their customers, if that is possible. It would make it less of a nail-biting experience.

Parking aplenty and in nice medical CNTR. Easy to find. The staff was super friendly and the tech Victor checked on me often while I was in the MRI ,asking if comfy,needed to come out for restroom or needed to just move around.Ybr TJ e was very comfy,well ventilated and even had a foam pad for under my knees.I had 2 back to back.MRIs upper and lower back.Was so comfy with my warm blanket ,I got a nap in. u263aufe0fHighly recommend this location for MRIs. No wait time,you check in 15 minutes beforehand and only a couple sheets of papers to sign and few boxes to check, not the usual autobiography you feel like your are writing in most places.
