Had a wonderful experience today 4/21 for the first time. Realized I was out of network and the wonderful intake nurse didnu2019t pressure me to continue knowing Iu2019d be paying out of pocket. Since it completely empty this AM I couldnu2019t disagree - I just wanted to be better.The nursing and Dr M were patient, kind and prompt - a rarity nowadays. I love that theyre personable too and not just trying to put another number through the door. Thanks so much.

Neighborhood urgent care has been amazing. The staff and doctors are extremely nice and explain everything! Quick service never had a wait. They go above and beyond for their patients! They can do everything here without the long wait at all the other flooded urgent cares. Highly recommend!

the nurses were the absolute nicest people i have ever met. they were so nice and accommodating, and so was the doctor. i did not have to wait more than three minutes to be called in. overall, it was an amazing experience and i will definitely be returning anytime i need to.

I went to Neighborhood Urgent Care because it is close to my house. The service was horrible. They tell me that they could not verify my insurance. I have Cigna insurance and they apprise me that they can not see me because Cigna is closed on a Sunday. They never gave me the option to pay just told me they could not see me the staff was very unprofessional whispering to each other stating that the numbers on the insurance card were not valid. Cigna is a blue chip insurance carrier. I would think the numbers are valid on the insurance card. I work in finance I find it appalling that they would turn me away and not ask for another option. This location just opened but the staff did not seem interested in helping customers. I'm so thankful that it was not a dire situation. Very insensitive I went to City MD Urgent Care and not only did they take my insurance with Cigna which they had no problems verifying on a Sunday they were knowledgeable and informative. Do not waste your time with insensitive staff and horrible customer service.

do NOT go here. I went yesterday because I have a cut that I was sure was infected. my hand is swollen, pus is coming out, and it's red around the cut. The asian doctor said it wasn't infected and prescribed me medicine in case I was in more pain I went to my general physician today because I knew it was infected. WELL it IS. She was surprised that the doctor at the urgent care told me it wasn't. Infections are not something to play around with. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save the headache and your money.
