The charge nurse was amazing. The er doctor on the other hand was awful. He tried to tell me we discussed a chest xray for my child(which we didnu2019t) and tried arguing with me in front of my child and very very unprofessional and rude to say the least. He was absolutely awful. He then tried to blame us because I called the see what was taking so long with paperwork for us to leave as he told us it would be a few minutes. An hour goes by and they came to do a chest xray which I didnu2019t know they was doing because he didnu2019t tell me as the parent. Iu2019m very very upset with how he handle the situation and done all this while trying to argue with me in front of my daughter and the nurse was there to witness this and apologized. Completely awful from him.

I was actually in town browsing the housing market. Safe to say because of my er trip with my infant. I will not be relocating my family here. My 4 month old child was diagnosed with pneumonia. I called his family practitioner located in Knoxville, Tennessee. I talked with her about the discharge papers. She was absolutely appalled. She stated that his blood cell count levels would be off if he had pneumonia. After further inspection. She believes he in fact, does not have pneumonia and the medication they prescribed would be dangerous for him to have. The nurse also struggled to collect a blood sample from him. He has been to the hospital a few times he has never had issues getting his blood drawn childrenu2019s Hospital for the win. Maybe if you were an adult, this hospital would be the best choice for you but if you urgently need care for your infant child, this place is awful. The nurses are nice But at times can be kind of pushy after almost breaking to tears watching them struggle to get his blood while he was screaming bloody murder A nurse picked up my son to consult him. I was also told to pick him up off of the bed before we were transferred to a room in the back of the hospital. Another nurse then swooped him up and got plenty of cuddles from my four month old I think it is very unprofessional. How many nurses were up close and personal with him I understand babies can be cute, but when you work in a hospital, setting germs are on the rise. And babies are more than likely to get sick. I do appreciate his nurse Phyllis, for trying to educate me on pneumonia. She was probably the only part of the trip that was decent.

Went to ER in sooo much pain due to closing my finger in a truck door and all the way from the receptionist to nurses and doctor as well as the xray tech were so nice and caring. This is the best and cleanest emergency room I've eveerrr been to!! And they did everything they could as fast as possible to help me get out of the miserable state I went in with! Thank yall for everything!!!! I greatly appreciate yall in so many ways!!

Do not go to this emergency room I had a medical emergency and a mental emergency and forward them I was not safe at home did not know what I was doing and where I was and my girlfriend found me out in the road at 3:00 a.m. in my boxers and they still released me and told me it that was not an emergency do not come here for that I have it all on recording I recorded the whole time I was in there!!! This place will let you die

Absolutely atrocious! Went in for severe back pain and the Dr looked at my front flank????? No medicine but told my.condition wasn't urgent and likely due to my weight and constipation is a possibility. Absolutely horrible treatment
