When I arrived I wasn't greeted very friendly. I went in due to my thumb being smashed in a car door, for them just to say we don't have an x-ray technician today. I stated it still should be looked at by a Dr. it hurts really bad and the blood needs to be drained. Well the doctor looked at it and he seemed uninterested in my care and he literally said, no x-ray technician so i can't do anything and I need to come back tomorrow. I asked about draining the blood off my nail and he said they won't do it unless the whole nail is black my nail was 95% black (i was sure it wasn't broken so why keep pushing about the xray technician.) Needless to say I was in pain for the rest of the day and the next day I went to a different Urgent Care and the very first thing he did was say that has to be super painful and immediately drained my nail (pain instantly went away) very disappointed on how the doctor treated me and leaving me in pain for over 24 hours. Now I got a bill for an under 5mins visit to say they couldn't do anything. I will not use this place again because I felt like I was just a burden to them and they wanted me to leave.

I was told to come in for my life threatening conditioner. Factor 5 lieden blood clot disorder because I ran out of my medicine so I go in and they inform me that the medicine is to serious and they cannot rite it xarelto then the nurse practitioner brings my pri to out of BP from 10 years ago and says let's look at your history 10 years ago!!! Man what kind of urgent care is this if ypu can't help me with my mo they blood clot medicine. I'd give zero stars if I could because this man the nurse practitioner is a idiot. They said my BP was high so he brings a pri tour from 10 years ago! My god like my health is going to stay the same as im aging. Im 36. Of course my BP was ok at 26 lol clown ud83eudd21

This place is not only great for Urgent Care needs, but is also fantastic for me as a primary physician. Get my blood work every three months and got great advice that I followed for once. Since last September I have lost over 40 pounds, cut all my bad numbers considerably and feel great for my age. I always feel like I am getting care specific and personal for me. That had not been my experience with physicians associated with corporate medical conglomerates. Thanks so much to Dr. Amy and all the staff there.
