Showed up here to it not looking like they been opened for hours. Totally dark and not a car in sight. Real disappointed I chose here to take my daughter to, now on a journey to find the next urgent care. Hopefully they will be opened unlike here.

The staff was rude unprofessional. They turned away multiple people for various reasons including people who were clearly in need of seeing a doctor . Refused to see others who were there for employment screening who had scheduled appointments. It's who ever owns this place needs to hire new s staff

The website says they are opened from 9am-7pm on Saturdays. We stopped at 5:30pm. Despite lights being on and a couple of cars being in the parking lot (presumably staff), the door was locked. No one responded to knocks on the door and no one answered the phone. Are they really paying staff to sit in a locked building and be unresponsive to customers? After reading other reviews, it seems fortune was in our favor. Glad we missed out on this hot mess of unprofessionalism and apathy. We highly recommend the two urgent care clinics in Chili, just a few minutes away from this one!

They wanted me to pay $85 for a covid test when I already took 2 at home tests both came back negative and I was there because I believe I have strep. All they want is easy money. Such a joke. No wonder why they have such a terrible rating. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Unless youu2019re trying to get a free paycheck because you got injured at work, or you want a horrible experience because the doctors do not know SH** nor do they give a SH** about you, they love to forget about you in the room for OVER an hour. Not just once but two other visits.. you may ask why in the world did I go back? Well it was close and convenient at the time. BUT I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER go back again. I go to another urgent care and I inform the doctor what the one doctor here gave me and what she told me and the doctor looked ashamed. Now Iu2019m STILL SICK two weeks later because this doctor didnu2019t know what she was talking about. words donu2019t explain my anger. not to mention this place is ghetto, they have nurses barging in the rooms while patients are in there to grab things... So unprofessional..
