Dr. Samy is one of the BEST doctor's I have EVER seen! Thoughtful, caring, compassionate and professional Dr. Samy not only took the time to explain to me what was going on with me but she genuinely seemed to care which is a rare find these days! Easy in and not much of a wait either! I will return to Rochester Hills Medical Center again when needed and will continue to recommend them. If I could have given them more than 5 stars I would have!!!!!

The best urgent care EVER. I've been going here for many years now. Dr Samy and the staff here is the best I've ever seen. I get sinus infections a lot so i know what I'm talking about. I have NEVER had to wait long here. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to see the dr. The doctor has great bedside manner and always makes sure I'm back on my feet as quickly as possible... AND she treats all my symptoms in the mean time so I don't suffer. Not to mention she has the best help. The staff has all been there for years and are VERY efficient and exceptionally professional and friendly. Seriously, try this place out next time you're sick.... I promise you will not regret it.

Wonderful! Seriously is the best Urgent Care ever! I came in after close with a fever and they took excellent care of me and never made me feel rushed. The doctor is the sweetest woman and is exactly the kind of person you want taking care of you when you don't feel good. After this experience I won't go to or take my family anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about Rochester Hills Medical Center. I'm always able to get right in with very little wait time, the staff is always kind and courteous. I have sent several co-workers, friends and family and all agree that Dr. Samy and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Samy has an excellent bedside manner and it's very clear that she truly cares about each one of her patients. Dr. Samy has had a very positive impact on my overall health and I am truly grateful for having found her and for her continued care.

The worst experience ever! Im curious about the validity of their licenses. You know itu2019s bad when you have to explain to the doctor and nurse what an ACL and a meniscus is. Plus, there was a lady who upon check in who was questioning my symptoms who at first denied she was a doctor, but then kept rushing the doctor to finish with his paperwork and diagnosis of my eye. Before the doctor finished his diagnostics, she interrupted him and then claimed she was a doctor. She wouldnu2019t tell me anything about the results and wouldu2019t provide me a script (supposedly due to the lack of having a prescription pads). At that point I told her I didnu2019t want to deal with anything else with that place and I was leaving. Very unprofessional place. On the bright they did refund my money.
