Awful place!! I went here for a simple flu last November. The man at check-in clearly did not know what he was doing. As I waited to check in, I witnessed the family that was there before me get so frustrated that they simply walked out. They had been confused as the man was telling them the amount that they needed to pay differed from what the copay your insurance company was referencing should have been. I simply listened and then when it was my turn I got the same weird answers. I could go into a ton of detail but the short story is that the amount of the copay was unclear and I was getting conflicting statements from him. I finally just agreed to pay whatever the fee was and deal with it later. I then asked for an itemized receipt to which he refused and said they don't have them to give me? This may absolutely no sense, and finally he put me in contact with a manager over the phone. The manager promised to get me an emailed receipt or statement of some kind. This, of course, didn't happen so I had to repeatedly ask, and after 3 weeks when I finally received it, it was not a receipt, statement or anything showing how much I paid. It was a simply a discharge sheet. Oddly enough when the copay info made it to the insurance company, the amount that I paid didn't match with what I was charged. I ended up having to call the clinic's billing department and find out that I overpaid and that they owed me money. As of writing this I'm still trying to get the money back. This was an awful experience for a simple flu. I will never go back and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from that awful place. The service is abysmal!!!

This place saw my daughter for a cold. They couldn't find my insurance and said it was inactive. Which it is not. I have good insurance and have been to several places and have no reason why it would have been inactive. I even called my insurance company to confirm and they were clueless why they urgent care was saying this. My daughter was in for a quick visit. Months later, I receive a bill for $180. Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of service they provided. Would never go back to this urgent care and have since used my insurance card several times with no problems.

I visited this urgent care last Tuesday for a rapid COVID-19 test, a rapid strep test, and a PCR COVID-19 test. I was told results typically take 24 hours for the PCR, but itu2019s now been almost five days, and I still havenu2019t received them. I called multiple times on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but staff said results werenu2019t in yet. At this point, it feels pointless to have done the test in the first place. Iu2019m very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through and cannot recommend this urgent care.

Outstanding!!! It's so clean, the staff are marvelous! I walked in, filled in the new patient forms, paid the co-pay and saw the doctor in just about 20 minutes!!!! The whole process was extremely fast. Aaaaamazing! So satisfied with the service.

Go ANYWHERE else. My husband and I both went to this urgent care since their website represented they accepted our insurance only to later get a huge bill stating they were u201cout of network.u201d Spoke with their office manager, Christina, who apologized, admitted it was their fault and promised to fix it ASAP. I promptly sent her all the information she requested. It has been over two months since that conversation and it still has not been remedied. Even worse, she has not responded to a single voice message, email, or text since we spoke. I cannot get in touch with anyone that will help and their third party billing company refers me back to them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
