I recently had an unfortunate experience with Rocky Mountain Medicine, and I feel compelled to share my negative feedback about their services. Dr. Julia is undoubtedly a fantastic and personable physician, but regrettably, my overall experience with the rest of the staff has been nothing short of dreadful.nnFor the past three months, I've been plagued by the need to call the office repeatedly, leaving messages on what seems like an endless loop. Despite my persistent efforts, I have never received a call back from the office. This lack of responsiveness is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, leaving me feeling ignored and uncared for as a patient.nnOne of the most frustrating aspects of my experience has been their complete disregard for communication regarding medication. It is their responsibility to keep patients informed about the status of their prescriptions, yet they consistently fail in this regard. I was never notified when my medication was sent over to the pharmacy, which led to unnecessary delays and anxiety about whether I would receive the necessary treatment.nnTo top it all off, I was shocked to discover that they charge a hefty $50 fee each time I called to request a medication refill, even when I didn't need to physically visit the office. This practice is nothing short of a money-grabbing scheme that exploits patients who are already struggling with their health. It's disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for patient well-being and financial fairness.nnGiven my ongoing frustrations and disappointments with Rocky Mountain Medicine, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone. While Dr. Julia is a shining exception in an otherwise subpar practice, the lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and exorbitant fees make this doctor's office an experience I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Having just relocated from Chicago, I needed to find a physician. The Clinic is almost next door so I went in today. Not crowded and the wait was nothing to snivel about. The entire staff was very courteous and polite. The Dr I saw was great and addressed my immediate concerns.Overall a great first experience.

Terrible customer service. They put you on hold for hours and don't get back to you. The women staff are extremely rude. They tell you they're busy and hang up on you. Doctor Kalani always on a rush and don't spend more than 5 mins with you to discuss your health. They don't give you the results over the phone or even call you and tell you that they received your results. They want you to come in in order to tell you the results, so they can take your money when you come in. This is people's life here, not just a business and a way to profits. However, I do like the other doctor (the tall gentlemen) he's willing to sit down with you and actually cares about you. I don't know his name, but I feel I should give him credit because he deserves it. In conclusion, I am switching to a different doctor.

My only regret is not visiting Dr. Kalani sooner. I have no insurance and other offices with self-pay options were unaffordable. I give many thanks to him and his team of specialists for not only giving me the care that I needed, but ultimately saving my life.
